These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and agreements through the website alienjunkie.be, a brand focused on music fashion and lifestyle. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Alien Junkie sells clothing and accessories, partly through print-on-demand and partly through regular stock.
All products are described and depicted as accurately as possible.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Each product is supplied as long as stock or production allows.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.
Alien Junkie reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
5. Ordering & Payment
An order is final once payment has been successfully completed.
We accept the available payment methods offered on the website.
Alien Junkie is not liable for delays caused by payment providers.
6. Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Print-on-demand products have a longer production time than standard stock.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding deadlines.
Alien Junkie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
7.1 Print-on-Demand
Since print-on-demand products custom-made and specially for you are made, these can be not returned or exchanged unless there is a case of:
A manufacturing defect
An incorrectly delivered product
Damage upon receipt
In that case, you must contact us within 48 hours after receipt via info@alienjunkie.be with photos of the issue.
7.2 Standard Products
For non-personalized products, a right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after receipt, provided that:
The product is unworn and unwashed
In original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
Alien Junkie is not liable for:
Indirect damage
Consequential damage
Loss due to improper use of the product
Our liability is in all cases limited to the order amount.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on alienjunkie.be (designs, logos, texts, images) is owned by Alien Junkie or its partners.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this commercially without written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and used exclusively for order processing and customer service. We do not sell data to third parties.
11. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as strikes, production disruptions, war, pandemics, power outages), Alien Junkie has the right to suspend or cancel orders without compensation.
12. Applicable Law
All agreements are subject to the Belgian law applicable.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
